We are looking for an experienced and committed Site Manager for a thrilling consulting assignment within a large infrastructure project. In this role, you will lead and manage earthworks, sheet piling, and foundation works while coordinating with contractors and authorities.

As a Site Manager, you will:

• Lead and manage the production of earthworks and foundation works.
• Coordinate work with project managers, contractors, and external stakeholders.
• Ensure that the project complies with applicable laws, regulations, and requirements.
• Review design documents and the contractor's self-checks.
• Manage construction site safety issues and ensure a good working environment.
• Follow up on changes, review invoices, and participate in inspections.
• Collaborate with other construction and production managers in the project.

To be considered for the assignment, you need to meet the following requirements: At least 10 years of experience in the construction or civil engineering industry. Experience from at least one larger infrastructure project with a budget of over 500 million SEK. At least 6 years of experience as a site manager or production manager in the earthworks and civil engineering sector. At least 5 years of experience working in a client organization within a regional or governmental authority. Good knowledge of AMA and MER, with training completed in the last three years. Training in Work on Roads step 2.1 and 2.2 (can be completed before the assignment starts).

Training in contract law completed in the last five years. Completed BAS-U and BAS-P training in the last four years.

The assignment will be performed on-site in Sundbyberg as well as in the project's work areas. Possibility for remote work may exist as needed and by agreement.
